This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and statutory withdrawal rights apply to purchases and subscriptions made with Ertas & Öztürk GbR, operating under the brand GB Coaching (“GB Coaching”, “we”, “us”).
Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected by this policy.
1. Everyday Athlete Membership
Everyday Athlete is available as either a monthly or annual subscription, providing access to GB Coaching's digital educational content and resources.
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full 12-month subscription period.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of your selected billing period until cancelled. Monthly subscriptions renew each month, while annual subscriptions renew every 12 months.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid subscription period, and you will continue to have access to Everyday Athlete until that date.
If you cancel an annual subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current 12-month subscription period and will not be charged for another year.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for any unused portion of a monthly or annual subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
Immediate Access & Withdrawal
When purchasing Everyday Athlete, you receive immediate access to digital content.
During checkout, where required by applicable law, you will be asked to expressly consent to GB Coaching beginning the supply of this digital content before the end of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and to acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal will expire once GB Coaching begins providing the digital content.
This does not affect any other mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
2. Coaching Streams
Our Coaching Streams — including Minimalist, Builder and Performer — operate as ongoing monthly subscriptions.
You can join a Coaching Stream at any time. Coaching is delivered through global weekly releases, meaning you join the current training week and continue receiving new programming and weekly coaching briefs as they are released.
Your Coaching Stream subscription also includes access to the Everyday Athlete membership for as long as your Coaching Stream subscription remains active.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Coaching Stream subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged for another month.
No prorated refund is provided simply because you stop participating before the end of your current paid billing period, except where required by applicable law.
Statutory Withdrawal
Depending on the nature of the services and digital content supplied as part of your Coaching Stream, statutory withdrawal rights may apply.
Where you request that coaching or other services begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period, we may begin providing those services immediately. If you subsequently exercise a statutory withdrawal right, the consequences of that withdrawal, including any amount payable for services already provided, will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Immediate access to Everyday Athlete and other digital content included with your subscription may be subject to separate statutory rules concerning digital content, including any consent and acknowledgement provided by you during checkout.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a statutory withdrawal right where such a right exists.
3. Switching Coaching Streams
You may switch to another Coaching Stream on a monthly basis.
Your new Coaching Stream will take effect from your next billing cycle. As Coaching Streams may have different subscription prices, your subscription price will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Mentorship
Mentorship requires a minimum commitment of three months.
The price, payment schedule, scope of coaching and any applicable continuation arrangements will be communicated to you before your Mentorship begins.
Where you expressly request that Mentorship begins before the expiry of an applicable statutory withdrawal period, services may begin immediately. Any statutory withdrawal rights and obligations relating to services already provided remain governed by applicable consumer law.
After the initial three-month commitment, any continuation and cancellation conditions will apply as agreed when you purchase the service.
5. Personal Training
Personal Training requires a minimum purchase of 10 sessions.
The applicable price, payment terms and session conditions will be communicated before purchase.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, expiry or no-show conditions applying to individual Personal Training sessions will be communicated separately as part of your booking conditions.
Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
6. Refunds
Except where required by law, GB Coaching does not provide refunds for:
unused portions of an active monthly or annual subscription;
a change of mind after the applicable statutory withdrawal right has expired or been validly waived;
training sessions, coaching or digital content that have already been provided; or
failure to use or participate in content or services that remained available to you.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, have been unable to access something you purchased, or believe you are legally entitled to a refund, please contact us and we will review your case.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, we may ask you to update your payment method.
Access to your membership or Coaching Stream may be temporarily suspended while payment remains outstanding. Access may be restored once the outstanding payment has been successfully processed.
8. Price Changes
GB Coaching may change the price of its memberships and Coaching Streams from time to time.
Any change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated before it takes effect. Where your consent is required by applicable law, the new price will not be applied without that consent.
9. How to Cancel
You can cancel an eligible recurring subscription through the cancellation option provided on our website or within your account.
Once your cancellation has been processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.
10. Exercising a Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you may exercise that right within the applicable withdrawal period by providing us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
Where required by applicable law, an electronic withdrawal function will also be made available through our online interface.
Further information about your statutory right of withdrawal, including the applicable withdrawal period and instructions for exercising it, will be provided during the purchase process.
